Learned counsel for petitioners submits that vide impugned Government Order dated 17.4.2013 the eligibility condition prescribed for UP-TET primary level class I to V provides Graduation with B.T.C. or D.Ed. only, it does not provide qualification of B.Ed. which otherwise entitle the candidate for the post of Teacher. 
Learned Standing Counsel is directed to seek instructions in the matter. 
List the matter after one week, as fresh.

The contention of the petitioners is that they were appointed on compassionate basis and they are at least entitled to the payment of salary for the period they have worked. 
A similar writ petition was disposed of by this court and special appeal no. 1467 of 2012 has been filed against the same which is pending consideration before this court. 
List after decision in the said special appeal.

In view of this, the petitioner may pursue the matter, accordingly.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of
