UPTET / Allahabad Highcourt : Petitioner Demand to Cancel Advertisement for appointment of Asst Teacher and they had obtained Training Already and Not Required to Appear in TET Exam, Petition Dismissed

HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD

?Court No. - 30

Case :- WRIT - A No. - 29059 of 2013

Petitioner :- Gyanendra Pratap Singh And 2 Ors.
Respondent :- State Of U.P.& 2 Ors.
Petitioner Counsel :- Ajay Singh
Respondent Counsel :- C.S.C.,A.K.Yadav

Hon'ble Amreshwar Pratap Sahi,J.
The petitioners contend that they are about to sit in the T.E.T. Examinations. They have prayed for quashing of the advertisement of the appointment of Assistant Teachers on the ground that the petitioners having completed their training previously in 2011 are not required to appear in the T.E.T. Examinations.
The argument is patently misconceived, inasmuch as, the petitioners are not eligible unless they pass the T.E.T. Examinations.
The writ petition is dismissed with the said observation.
Order Date :- 22.5.2013
